Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sauté mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper until mushrooms are tender.
- Spread mushroom mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
