Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and herbs if using.
- Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in your air fryer basket for optimal crispiness.
- Roast in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Alternatively, cook in your air fryer for 20-25 minutes at 400°F, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the oven or air fryer and garnish with additional herbs if desired. Serve hot for a true Samwise Gamgee experience.
