Instructions
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, drizzle the wings with olive oil.
- Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl to create a spice blend.
- Sprinkle the spice mix over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
- Pour hot sauce and honey over the wings and coat well.
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread wings in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway.
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 3-5 minutes, watching closely.
