- 2 lbs of Krayt meat (or substitute with your preferred meat)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme) for garnish
- Assorted vegetables for grilling (bell peppers, zucchini, etc.)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub over the Krayt meat and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your outdoor grill or fire pit to medium-high heat. Place the seasoned Krayt meat onto the grill.
- Grill the meat for about 10-15 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
- Turn the meat halfway through cooking for even charring and smokiness.
- Once done, let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain and serving with fresh herbs and grilled vegetables.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
- For longer storage, freeze the meat for up to three months.
- Pair with grilled vegetables or fresh salad for a well-rounded meal.
- For a spicy kick, add chili powder to your seasoning mix.
