Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing them to release their flavor.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add the protein of choice—chicken or tofu—and cook until heated through.
