- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 2 limes

- Pinch of cumin
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.
- Using a fork, mash the avocados to your desired consistency and add lime juice immediately.

- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, adding salt or lime juice to suit your preference.
Notes
