Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt
  • Edible gold flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cast-iron skillet.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of the skillet. Bake for 8 min; cool slightly.
  3. Melt chocolate and cream together; stir in egg, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake 18–20 min until edges set but center is still soft. Cool 10 min.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows.Broil 1–2 min until golden and puffed.
  6. Drizzle with caramel, sprinkle sea salt and gold flakes. Serve warm.

  • For extra drama, torch marshmallows with a kitchen torch before broiling.
