Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake pan with colorful paper liners.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar: In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy using a stand mixer or hand mixer.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Alternately add the flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture until well blended.
- Fill cupcake liners: Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
