Instructions
- Prepare the fresh herbs by washing and finely chopping rosemary, thyme, and sage.
- Mix the dough by combining flour, salt, herbs, and butter until crumbly. Gradually add water to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough thinly (1/8-inch thick) and cut into maze-like shapes or squares.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush crackers with olive oil, sprinkle sea salt, and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crisp.

- For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend.
