- 2 cups of crushed ice
- 1 cup of blue raspberry syrup
- 1 cup of lemonade
- Fresh fruit for garnish (optional)
- Colorful cups for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of blue raspberry syrup and 1 cup of lemonade, stirring well to blend.
- Add 2 cups of crushed ice to the mixture and blend until the ice is finely crushed and the mixture is slushy.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds or a shallow dish and freeze for about 4-5 hours or until completely frozen.
- Once frozen, scoop the sorbet into colorful cups and garnish with fresh fruit, then enjoy!
Notes
- Store Apu’s Squishee Sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping to soften.
- Experiment with different flavored syrups for unique variations.
