Ingredients
Scale
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or cilantro)
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
- Generously coat the pork ribs with the marinade, ensuring all sides are covered. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavors.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the ribs for about 3 hours, turning occasionally and basting with additional marinade.
- Once the ribs are charred and tender, remove from the grill and let rest before slicing. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For longer storage, freeze the ribs for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
- Serve with classic BBQ sides like baked beans, potato salad, or grilled vegetables.
