- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and sauté diced onions and bell peppers for about 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, and beef broth until well combined.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
