- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, sliced into mini squares

Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into 12 small patties and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place mini cheese slices on the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Slice the buns horizontally and toast lightly if desired.
- Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun bottom, topping with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and condiments, then cap with the top bun.
