Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Add diced cold butter and blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and granulated sugar. Add 1/4 cup flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the baked crust. Return to oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes until set and slightly firm. Let cool completely.
