Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until about 12 inches in diameter and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Slice the bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, and black olives into bite-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan, combine marinara sauce, garlic, onions, and Italian seasoning; simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Spread the sauce over the rolled-out dough, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and arrange the chopped veggies on top. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
