Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and measure them out.
- In a large bowl, combine almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and chopped apricots.
- Drizzle honey over the mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt. Stir well to coat evenly.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and toast for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
- Let cool completely before adding chocolate chips (if using).
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
