Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the Pop-Tarts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cut each Pop-Tart into small, bite-sized cubes. Toast lightly for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- In a glass or parfait cup, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt as the base.
- Layer with Pop-Tart cubes, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, ending with a layer of yogurt on top.
- Sprinkle granola over the top and garnish with whipped cream, mint leaves, or additional berries.
