Instructions
- Mix graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter; press into a pie plate and chill.
- Blend ice cream, root beer, and Butterbeer extract until smooth.
- Heat a small amount of root beer; dissolve gelatin in it, then mix into ice cream mixture.
- Pour filling into crust and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and Butterbeer extract for topping.
- Spread whipped cream over pie, garnish with cherries and caramel, and serve chilled.
