Instructions
- Sift powdered sugar and almond flour together to ensure a smooth mixture.
- Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add granulated sugar, and continue whipping until stiff peaks are achieved. Add green food coloring near the end.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the meringue until Batter is shiny and flows like lava.
- Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a round tip and pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Tap the tray to release air bubbles and let macarons rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 150Β°C (300Β°F) for 15-18 minutes. Let cool before decorating.
- Use black edible details to create eyes and add character to each macaron.
