- 1 cup whole milk
- Green food coloring
- Green frosting (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda. Add butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk, mixing until smooth. Add green food coloring.
- Distribute the batter into liners, filling each two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- Using a piping bag, pipe green frosting onto cooled cupcakes. Decorate with edible eyes and candy claws.
Notes
- Store leftover cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
- To make gluten-free, use a gluten-free flour blend.
- For chocolate frosting, mix cocoa powder into your frosting.
