- 1 cup black tea (strong brewed)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Black edible glitter or luster dust for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mix brewed black tea with cocoa powder and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- Alternately add flour and tea mixture, beginning and ending with flour.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool, then decorate with edible glitter and sugar skull accents.
