Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups of white chocolate chips or candy melts
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring gels in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple
- Optional: sprinkles or edible glitter for extra sparkle
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, or melt using a double boiler for creaminess.
- Stir in vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
- Divide the melted mixture into six small bowls, adding a few drops of food coloring gel to each to create a rainbow spectrum: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple.
- Pour each colored layer into a lined or greased baking dish, spreading evenly. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes between layers to ensure vibrant separation.
- Repeat until all layers are added and set completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares with a sharp knife, and decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter if desired.
Notes
- Ensure each layer is partially set before adding the next to maintain clear rainbow separation.
- Use food coloring gels for more vibrant hues compared to liquid food colorings.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week, or freeze for up to one month.
- For a richer chocolate flavor, substitute white chocolate with dark chocolate or add a pinch of salt to enhance taste.
