Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Gradually stir in the melted dark chocolate and butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in boiling water for a smooth batter.
- Pour batter into prepared cake pans and bake in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from the pans.
