Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
- Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thread the skewers in the following order: a piece of chicken, a mozzarella cube, a cherry tomato, and a basil leaf (if using). Repeat this sequence to fill the skewer.
- For a metallic “adamantium” finish, lightly spray the assembled skewers with food-grade metallic spray.
- Grill or bake the skewers for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
