Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak slices with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear steak until browned and cooked to desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, toss cooked rice with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Serve steak slices over cilantro lime rice, garnished with additional cilantro and lime wedges.
