Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (or substitute with 1/2 cup pink lemonade concentrate + 1/2 cup water)
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 cup fresh ki flesh
- 1/4 cup honey or agave (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (or 1 tsp unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water, cooled)
- Paw print ice cube tray or mini muffin tin
Instructions
- Mix strawberries, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into paw print molds, filling 1/3 full. Freeze 20 minutes.
- Mix bananas and kiwi. Blend with remaining honey and lemon juice. Pour into molds over first layer, filling to 2/3. Freeze 20 minutes.
- Blend raspberries with a splash of water. Strain if desired. Pour into molds to top off. Freeze 3–4 hours or until firm.
- Run molds under warm water for 5 seconds, then carefully unmold. Serve chilled.
Notes
- For vegans, use agave instead of honey.
- For faster setting, use gelatin instead of chia seeds (dissolve in 2 tbsp boiling water, cool 2 mins, then add).
- For extra Zootopia flair, press a small fondant paw or fruit slice on top before final freeze.
