- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp shawarma spice mix
- 4 pita breads or flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tzatziki or garlic yogurt sauce
- 2 tbsp tahini
- Hot sauce, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with shawarma spice and a splash of oil for 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a hot skillet until golden and cooked through.
- Warm pita breads. Layer with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and chicken. Drizzle with tzatziki and tahini.
- Roll tightly into pockets or wraps; slice in half and serve with extra sauce.

- Substitute lamb or turkey if desired.
- Make the yogurt sauce in advance for quicker assembly.
