Instructions

  1. Prepare Mushu filling: mix pork with garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
  2. Fill each wonton wrapper with a teaspoon of filling; seal edges with water or cornstarch slurry.
  3. Fry wontons in hot oil until golden and crisp; drain on paper towels.
  4. Assemble pizza: spread sauce on crust, sprinkle cheese and toppings; bake at 425F until cheese is bubbly and crust is crisp, about 10-12 minutes.
