Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment.
- Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; fold until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly in pan.
- Bake 20–25 minutes, until a tester comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before cutting.
