- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, drained pineapple, sugar (if using), and vanilla until well combined.
- Place a tablespoon of filling near one corner of a lumpia wrapper. Roll up, folding in the sides to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers.
- Heat oil to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Fry lumpia in batches until golden and crisp, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with a dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
- Best served the day theyβre made for maximum crispiness.
- To bake instead of fry, brush with a little oil and bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 8-10 minutes, turning once.
- You can adjust sweetness by reducing sugar or using crushed pineapple in juice rather than syrup.
