- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over low heat; add condensed milk and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and butterscotch chips until melted and glossy.
- Pour into prepared pan and smooth top; lightly tap to remove air bubbles.
- Chill in the fridge until firm, about 2 hours; cut into 24 squares.
Notes
- Store in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- For extra butterbeer flavor, swirl in 1/4 teaspoon cream soda extract before pouring.
