  • 300 g pork sausage meat
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten (for glaze)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a pan, sauté onion until translucent; cool slightly.
  3. Mix sausage meat with onion, garlic, parsley, thyme, paprika, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out puff pastry, spread filling into a log shape, roll and seal.
  5. Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
