Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper; lightly dredge in flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear salmon 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove salmon; add butter and garlic to the pan; stir until fragrant.
- Deglaze with lemon juice, return salmon to pan; spoon sauce over 1 minute.
- Finish with lemon zest and parsley; serve immediately.

- For a dairy-free version, substitute butter with olive oil or vegan butter.
