Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise (if using), Crown Royal (if using), dill, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spread mixture on bread slices and top with cucumber slices.
- Assemble pairs to form sandwiches, trim crusts, and cut into triangles.
- Chill briefly to set the filling, then arrange on a platter for serving.
Notes
- Omit alcohol for a non-alcohol version; use extra dill for flavor.
- Pat cucumber slices dry to prevent soggy bread.
