Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- Roll puff pastry and cut into bear shapes using a cookie cutter; place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara on each bear and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Top with pepperoni, place olive eyes, and brush the edges with egg wash.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, skip pepperoni and add sliced mushrooms or bell peppers.
