Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine to form a dough, roll into 1-inch balls and flatten into cookies.
- Bake 12-14 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on a rack.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- To freeze, shape cookies and freeze on a tray; transfer to a bag after solidified.
- Substitute peanut butter if desired.
