Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Toss chickpeas with plasma glaze and olive oil; roast 15 minutes until crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix lime juice with a pinch of salt to make a quick slaw dressing.
- Arrange roasted chickpeas and pretzel bites on a platter; top with slaw and drizzle with remaining glaze.
- Garnish with microgreens and edible stars. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use a plant-based glaze or maple-lime dressing.
- Can be made ahead and kept crisp by storing components separately until serving.
