- 1 cup assorted fruit chunks (pineapple, melon, grapes)
- 24 chocolate coins or gold coin cookies
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for dipping)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F (220C).
- Arrange pita rounds on a baking sheet; top with marinara and mozzarella; bake 6-8 minutes until cheese melts.
- Set out popcorn in a large bowl and place skewers with fruit and cheese sticks nearby.
- On a platter, arrange mini pizzas, cheese sticks, popcorn, fruit skewers, and coins; garnish with parsley.
- Serve with dipping sauces if desired.
