- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Gold dust or edible glitter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Spoon caramel sauce over the cheesecake batter. Use a skewer to gently swirl the caramel into the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing. Decorate with gold dust or edible glitter if desired.
Notes
- Best served chilled. For a more intense caramel flavor, drizzle extra before serving.
