Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Gold dust or edible glitter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a lined 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Pour over crust.
  3. Spoon caramel sauce over the cheesecake batter. Use a skewer to gently swirl the caramel into the batter.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set. Cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing. Decorate with gold dust or edible glitter if desired.
