Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in sour cream, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, and butterbeer flavoring. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Let cool, then chill for at least 4 hours.
