Instructions
- Marinate chicken and steak with garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper for 20-30 minutes.
- Roast the chicken thighs at 425Β°F (220Β°C) until golden and cooked through, about 25-30 minutes; rest and slice.
- Grill or sear the flank steak to medium-rare, then slice thinly.
- Prepare cauliflower mash and wild rice according to package directions, keeping warm.
- On a large serving board, spread moss-colored cauliflower mash as a base, arrange meat and vegetables in sections, and nestle bone crackers around the edges.
- Drizzle with pesto or olive oil, garnish with parsley, chives, and edible moss for a lush, prehistoric look.
- Serve immediately and present as a grand Jurassic Park banquet.
