Instructions
- Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits, creating an opening for filling.
- Stuff each date with a pinch of almond meal and a few chopped pistachios.
- Roll the stuffed dates in shredded coconut and sesame seeds to coat.
- Drizzle with honey and chill 15 minutes to set.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
