Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners or silicone cauldron cups.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just combined; fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill cups 3/4 full and bake 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Decorate with green buttercream or fondant cauldrons; add edible glitter for bubbling potion look.
Notes
- To make dairy-free, substitute dairy-free butter and plant-based milk.
- For extra drama, pipe a ring of green frosting around the rim and sprinkle with edible gold dust.
