Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Stir in cream and spinach; simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
- Toss the pasta with the sauce and parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley before serving.

- For a lighter option, use half-and-half or milk and skip the cream.
