  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients just until a uniform batter forms; do not overmix.
  5. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake 16-18 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
