Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in crushed biscuits and honeycomb candy until well combined.
- Stir in butterscotch chips; press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Chill for 1–2 hours or until firm, then cut into bars.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over bars before serving for a glossy finish.
