- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal

Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk until smooth.
- Pour half into the pan and spread evenly.
- Add dollops of marshmallow fluff and swirl into the chocolate.
- Sprinkle crispy rice cereal, then cover with remaining chocolate and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm, then slice into bars.
